Hey guys! Ashley here, back with more of the Darkest Dungeon miniatures!
I just can’t help it, these guys are some of the most fun I’ve had with mini painting in a while. I just can’t get over how well the designs from the video game translated into miniatures!
This here is the Leper, which happens to be free right now with any $25 RPG miniature purchase. I went ahead and stuck to his original color scheme this time around, but who knows what the future holds…
All I’ve done with him so far is the primer, stain, then a base coat on his armor, belt, and gloves using our handy-dandy paint pens. I know his bandages, cloak, and sword are all the same color, so I’ll probably do a darker stain to separate his bandages and maybe a little shiny-shine on his sword just to add some variety and differentiate the pieces.
I’d say the hardest part about painting these guys is that they just make me want to put the brush down and play the game, hehe.
I can’t wait to show you guys the finished set. This guy will be ready for the table soon, then it’ll be time for his buddies in the back to join him.
Until next time,
Keep on paintin’!
